1. Services Provided
SplashDeals.rs acts as an intermediary platform providing users with the ability to purchase admission tickets for third-party leisure facilities, including but not limited to aquaparks and swimming pools, at discounted rates.
2. Nature of the Vouchers
Validity: Each ticket/voucher purchased is valid only for the specific location and timeframe (date or season) indicated at the time of purchase.
Single Use: Unless otherwise stated, tickets are valid for one-time entry only.
Digital Delivery: Tickets are delivered electronically. It is the user's responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure they can present the ticket (either printed or on a mobile device) at the venue.
3. Pricing and Payments
Discounted Rates: The discounts offered on SplashDeals.rs are negotiated specifically for our users and may not be combined with other on-site promotions at the partner venues.
Currency: All transactions are processed in Serbian Dinars (RSD) unless otherwise specified.
Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. SplashDeals.rs does not store your full credit card details.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Final Sale: Due to the nature of discounted ticketing and our agreements with partner venues, all sales are generally final.
Weather Conditions: As many partner facilities are outdoors, SplashDeals.rs is not responsible for closures due to inclement weather. Refunds in these cases are subject to the specific policy of the venue provider.
Venue Capacity: Entry is subject to the venue's maximum capacity. We recommend arriving early, as a ticket does not always guarantee immediate entry if the park has reached legal capacity limits.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Third-Party Providers: SplashDeals.rs does not own or operate the aquaparks or pools. The contract for the service is between the user and the venue provider.
Safety and Conduct: Users must adhere to the safety rules and code of conduct of the specific venue. SplashDeals.rs is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while at a partner facility.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Resell tickets purchased on SplashDeals.rs for commercial profit.
- Attempt to bypass platform security or use automated scripts to scrape deal data.
- Provide false information during the KYC/registration process.
7. Changes to Terms
SplashDeals.rs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
